Returns and Exchanges
The customer will only be able to cancel his order if it has not yet been paid and not yet being processed. If so, you only have to access your account, click on “MY ACCOUNT” and in the “Orders” area, the customer must select the order he wants to cancel and “Cancel”. Once the order is cancelled, you will be presented with a confirmation message.
Returns & Returns
If the customer wants to return one or more items, he can do so within 10 days after receiving the order, provided that the products are intact, complete and in the original packaging. The packaging must not be damaged, altered or scratched.
To exercise their right of return, the customer must contact our customer support via email firstname.lastname@example.org, specifying the order number, description or reference (s) of the product (s) that want to return and what form of refund you want (using the original payment method or a coupon).
The customer can choose to be refunded through a discount coupon, regardless of the original payment method. The coupon will be valid for 3 months from the date of creation. After that period, there will be no refund.
You have 10 working days after receiving the order to make the exchange. To make an exchange you will need to send us an email to our email address to email@example.com with the order number and the name of the item you want to exchange, you will be contacted by GCODE FACTORY with the details necessary to make the exchange. replacement. After we receive the item, we will send you a coupon worth the same amount to make a new purchase of the item you want.
We do not exchange incomplete, damaged or scratched products, or products without the original packaging and / or label or with signs of having been used. If we receive an item under the conditions mentioned above, the customer will lose the right to be refunded and will have 10 days to collect the item (s) from our facilities, supporting the collection costs.
Refund of shipping costs
Shipping costs will be borne by the customer in case of return or exchange, however if the reason for returning the order was the responsibility of GCODE FACTORY, we will refund the respective shipping costs (example: items other than those actually ordered).
